HELP!

This is a Microsoft ACCESS newsgroup, not WORD.

But in answer to your queston, you can't. Word does not have the capability
to write as a pdf format. You can download free pdf writing software. The
one I use is called "CUTE PDF". Corny name, I know, but it works.
