HELP XP Professional wont instal

Check your bios settings. Your boot sequence may be set
for only the CD-ROM as your primary boot device, with no
secondary boot devices set (such as you hard drive).
 
And..............Don't press any button to boot from the
CD once your done with the partitions and format.
