Help with Word

I am creating a DRAFT copy of a document. How do I get the word "DRAFT"
diagonally across the document so the document can still be read?

What version of Word? In Word 2002 or 2003, use Format | Background |
Printed Watermark: Text Watermark (be sure to clear the box for
