help with Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) servi

can someone help me i am loged in as Administer and i just reinstalled sp-2
and now the windows firewall starts then it stops and i says (Could not start
the Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) service on Local
Computer.

Error 5:Access is denied.)
please if anyone can help thanks.

Did you attempt to start the service manually?
Click on Start -> Run -> services.msc -> OK

Find the service named: Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS),
dubbelclick it and click on "Start".

If you get an error 10047 try this:

Go to the command prompt (start -> run -> cmd -> ok) and then type the
command "Netsh winsock reset"

Got a message saying that to complete the reset Restart your computer
restart the computer.

yes that got it up and working but now i can only access the internet for a
few min and then i can't access any web pages but i have done a ping from the
command prompt and it get's a response. please help agian and thanks for
helping agian.
