Help with weird message by Windows Security

Hi. I need some help with my computer. I think I may have a virus on my
computer. I've used many virus scans but have not found a virus on my
computer. However, the little Windows Security icon on the taskbar keeps
saying there is a virus on my computer. Every 5 seconds, a bubble comes up
that says "System Instrusion (yes, instrusion) Detected!". It is very
annoying and I am worried that this may be a problem. How do I get rid of
this?

I also forgot to mention that the message also says there is a dangerous
infection detected on my PC. It also says it is automatically downloading and
installing the most efficient antimalware program. When I click the bubble,
it sends me to a SpywareStrike website? Is this normal?

SpywareStrike is malware. Do this:

1. Run noahdfear's SmitFraud and SpyAxe removal tool -
http://noahdfear.geekstogo.com/click counter/click.php?id=8
References - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic36868.html
http://malwareremoval.com/plog/index.php?op=ViewArticle&articleId=48&blogId=3

2. Then run Dave Lipman's tool -
Download from http://www.ik-cs.com/programs/virtools/SmitFraud.exe

Dave's Instructions:
Execute SmitFraud.exe (Note: You must accept the default of C:\McAfee)
Choose Unzip
Choose Close

NOTE: You may have to disable your software firewall or allow WGET.EXE
to go through your firewall to enable WGET.EXE to download the needed
McAfee-related files.

Execute c:\mcafee\clean.bat (or Double-click on 'Clean Link' in c
\mcafee)

A final report in HTML format called C:\mcafee\ScanReport.HTML will be
generated. At the end of the scan, it will be displayed in your browser
(Opera, FireFox or Internet Explorer). It is suggested that you move
the report out of c:\mcafee before performing another scan.

3. Go through these general malware removal steps -
