Help With W2k Pro and Server

Ok I am tring installing both. Goes thru the setup and
everything. Then it says detecting hardware. Then about
1/2 way thru. The screen goes black
with '''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''
''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' Covering the screen. Then
when I reboot. Says windows setup is restrarting. and
either I get a catalog error or does the same thing
again. Please Help Need this for school. Sad part is it
is for my MSCA LoL.

Is the machine you're working new or old? If it's old,
try upgrading the BIOS. An older BIOS can have all kinds
of problems with Win2k.
