Help with `Use High Contrast`

How do I create my own custom High Contrast Scheme that would be available
in the `Settings for High Contast` tab in XP? None of the included
Schemes work really well for me.

I can create a suitable scheme in the standard Display Tab, but it doesn't
show up in the high contrast tab. I need to switch back and forth often
(due to programs that ignore my settings), so having to go the Display
option to change my theme just doesn't work for me.

I encountered similar problems and I didn't find any adequate solution
with High Contrast. So I posted a message in the XP group asking for a
shortcut to toggle themes (on 5/7) and found one. I have it sitting in
the Quick Launch area, and when I need it I click to to switch between
"my blue" and "my white" theme.
