Help with the ram i just installed

Ok I recently put in another stick of 512mb of ram, to get up to 1Gb.
Well...my computer has been acting very weird. I keep getting those
Errors where it lets you choose to send an error report or not. It's
done this already with iTunes, MSN Messenger, and it did it to a
couple other programs also. Does anyone know how to solve this? The
ram is in slots 1 and 3, but I know to dual channel it I have to have
it in slot 2, but the computer didn't even start up then. They are
both Kingston Value Ram sticks. Any help!?? BTW..my mobo is the MSI
K8N Neo 2.

its that martian operating system you have. this is a known problem and to
fix it you'll have to move to mars.
