Hi again group,
to answer all of your questions. Yes, my Mainboard can handle the 1 GB RAM,
Yes, the system has an updated BIO.My MB has onboard video which accounts
for 64MB which would make 512MB minus the 64MB the 448MB that is being
reported.
BUT; I installed "2" (not one, TWO) 512MB DDR today, with a total of 1024MB.
Where is the other 512MB. I have two rows of 512MB and NOT 2 rows of 256MB
equalling 512MB.
Someone also please be so kind and give me a website that shows me how to
crosspost. I hate hearing that I shouldn't crosspost but I have no idea how
it works and I would be grateful if someone could give me a good hyperlink.
Thanks Everyone
