Help With templates

I have an ivoice i use alot and was wondering if i scan it
is there a way i can put it in office to where i can fill
it out each time i need it and so forth please e-mail with
the info Thanks

Scanning is generally a poor way to put a form into Word. There are programs
that come with scanners that let you fill out scanned forms.

You can recreate your form in Word, though. This may or may not involve
using a scanned image. For more about online forms, follow the links at
