Hi everyone,

I am having a bizarre problem with printing a continuous subform.

When I filter the information in the subform and try to view it in print
preview, all the records are showing. I have tried to use the Refresh, in
case the records were not current, but this did not work either.

If I open the subform by itself and filter it, then it works.

Also, we used to be able to copy and paste the records into excel, and
recently this was not possible. I may have changed this form somehow, but, I
cannot image how.

Any help would be appreciated,

Forms are not designed for printing, reports are.

Build a report and print that.

Thats sort of not true. I have built many forms that print.

Does anybody have another answer?

Although some forms print ok they are designed for adding,
editing and viewing data. You should be able to design a
report that is similar to the form making the print process
transparent to the user.
