help with spyware

someone managed to download a spyware program to my
computer. I found it yesterday and I think I managed to
remove it but my explorer history still won't clear!
Help, what do I do!

Download, install, and scan with Spybot S&D and/or Ad-aware to
thoroughly remove spyware and its traces.
