Help with Slow Response

I have an IBM Thinkpad with Windows XP Pro. The keystrokes and mouse seem to
hang every few minutes. I have reloaded XP so it is not the OS. Any Cluses
and how i can correct this. Also you can keep typing and it will all of a
sudden catch up, same with the mouse move it 5 to 15 seconds later it will
catch up. I NEED HELP PLEASE.......

When you say you've "reloaded", does that mean you restored the laptop
to factory condition? Did you install all drivers? If the answer is
"yes" and the problem persists, contact IBM tech support.
