Help with size of screen in web pages

My screens and fonts for web pages are HUGE. How do I make them smaller so I
can see the whole page in one screen and not have to scroll the toolbar below
to see the right side of the page?

I tried changing the screen resolution under Properties on the desktop,and it
fixed the web page size, butnow all of my taskbars and desktop shortcuts are
WAY TOO SMALL to read! How do I make everything cooperate together to be the
same size??(web font + desktop font??)

I found the answer myself!

In Internet Explorer, go to View, then choose Text Size. I chose Medium,
and now the screen looks much smaller.
