Need help with reseting screen

my screen is huge everytime i open the open a program it doesn't fit the
screen i have to scroll down to see most of the page because it doesn't fit
the screen i believe reseting my settings settings will fix it it has worked
before neep help doing this not sure how to go about it

Sorry but that didn't help i just need to be able to reset my screen
settings so that they fit the page and i don't have to scroll up and down so
much to see the entire page

all of my desktop icons are big but under properties i don't have the use
large icons box checked and when i open internet explorer i can see maybe a
third of the page i have to scroll up and down alot instead of being able to
see most of the page all the fonts are big but i don't have use large fonts
checked i belive i need to reset my colour depth or something like that but i
don't know how to
 
As per my prior suggestion, what you need to do is to set your resolution to
something higher than 400x600 or 800x600. Try setting it to 1024x768 or
1280x1024. If none of these or something else are not available then your
video driver needs to be re-installed.
