HELP with Send and Send/Receive Buttons in Outlook

I lost the "Send" button and also the Send/Receive button. I called Verizon
for a small problem and the support person logged into my computer and
removed the buttons. Now, I cannot send emails from Outlook. I have to go to
MSN to send. All my folders and my life are in Outlook and I am lost. Anyone
can help? Would appreciate it very much because I love Outlook. Thank you

can you send if you press Alt+S and F9? Did you reset the toolbars?

Thank you Diane, I have tried everything and nothing works. I don't know what
the guy did. The only is the toolbar. I don't know how to reset. Can you
help? I can try that and see what happens. THank you.

View, Toolbars, Customize, click toolbars tab and select each toolbar and
Reset.

Thanks Diane, still doesn't work. I know when the technician logged into my
machine, he removed the SEND and SEND/RECEIVE buttons from my toolbar. I was
thinking of uninstalling and re-installing Outlook. What happens if I
reinstall Outlook? Would I lose all my emails and folders that I have already
created. Thanks for your help.
