Help with Security Agents Status, please

I have Security Agents set to load on startup, Build v.
1.06.13 on XP home SP2. Delighted when Robin Walker's
solution solved my problems beginning with definition
file 25 and am now able to update definition files;
thanks. But still have problem with security agents being
disabled by ???? I have to check every time I go online
to make sure they're active. Suggestions appreciated!

Also wonder why I have build .13 when everyone seems to
be talking about 615. I manually update and check every
couple of days. Help and thank you.
