Help with remote outlook

I would like to know how I can read my e-mail from another
computer that is not set up like mine. I do have access to
outlook express but I can't figure out how to get to my e-
mail. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.
 
Wrong newsgroup...this outlook...you need an outlook express newsgroup,
which is a different program.
