Help with relationships

I imported a database from Approach, brought over three different tables. I
linked table one by facility Unit that is present in table two, and linked
the third table to the first by title which again is in the two fields. When
I try to use all three tables in a form, the form will not preceed to the
next record, it will just blink and stay on the same record. Any ideas.

What kind of relationships (1:1, 1: many, etc.)?

Is the field used a unique field? Is it unique in each table?
