Help with quicken

When i'm in the quicken register and move from the date to any field the
cursor jumps back to the date before i can make an entry.

I sent an e-mail to quicken several days ago, as of today no reply

I have the problem fixed. I heard from Quicken and they gave me the info to
fix.

please consider sharing the info you got from Quicken. Perhaps that info

It was a printer problem. Some how my printer settings got changed. My
grandson was home for the weekend and was printing photos, he must have
changed the setting to go straight to the printer. I changed the setting to
spool print documents. This info was furnished by Quicken and it solved my
problem.
