Help with Printer Uninstall from Device Manager

My Device Manger is showing a printer driver with a yellow question
mark. I uninstalled all the printer software and reinstalled. This
line with the yellow mark is still showing and I cannot delete it. It
is Brother MFC 420CN LAN#2. I do not have this printer on the LAN
only USB. Everytime I tried to delete this driver I get the following
error" Failed to Uninstal Driver, the driver may be required to boot
the system" I checked my bios and it is not enabled for boot on
LAN.
What can I do to remove this driver ?
