Help with outlook XP SP3

Hopefully someone can help.. I am having a problem with outlook XP SP3
where every time I run it it asks for the following file location:
511735.mainsp1op.msp
I can press cancel 3 times and then use outlook normally.. does anyone
know what this file is and how I get outlook to stop asking for this?

*.msp files are patch files. In this case, Outlook is looking for the SP1
patch file. Have you tried doing a detect and repair?
