Help with Office Upgrade

I am running Windows 2000......I just upgraded to Office
2003, and the choice on the start menu that said NEW
OFFICE DOCUMENT and OPEN OFFICE DOCUMENT, have
disappeared.

Does anyone know how I get those back?

Try posting this in an Office newsgroup. Someone there will most likely
have the answer.
 
Repair the Office Installation and select Restore Shortcuts when you do.
