help with new updates

I just downloaded the SP2 and immediately afterwards my incredimail program
and netscape can no longer find any URL or the home mail server. But IE
works find so not the provider. Has SP2 reset something that is preventing
Netscape 7.2 and Incredimail to not work If so can anyone HELP please
