When i brought my PC it came preloaded with XP,
everything seemed to be fine, but when i download windows
updates or try to update my computer in anyway it says
these exact words:
"Files that are required for Windows to run properly
have been replaced by Unrecognised versions. To maintain
system stability Windows must restore the original
versions of these files -
Please insert your Windows XP Professional CD-Rom now."
but because it came preloaded it came with no XP Cd? i
got in touch with the shop they said it doesnt come with
an XP Cd but i can buy one for £100 but i dont have £100
to buy the CD to fix the problem, is there anyway i can
do it some other way? Because i dont wnat to use copied
CD's and get sued for Piracy.....
Please reply - Thanks
PS: My friend says he thinks he is on a pirated Windows
version and asks what can he do if he is?
Once again thanks
