help with macs

Is there a way that I can convert a movie I made in WMM2 into a file that can be played in Quicktime? My friend owns a mac and cannot view the movie in windows media player.
 
Well he/she can download and install Windows Media Player from
www.microsoft.com/windowsmedia for free.

Or you can purchase QuickTimePro for about $29, import a DV-AVI file from
MM2 and then export as a MOV file.
