Help with image/iso files

Hi,
I have a iso,image file to burn to a CD ROM. I have Nero 7.0.1.2
and can not copy it to a CD. I also have a program called ISO Buster .
But it will not copy or drag to a created folder.
Is there any other programs that I can use? If so, can you list them
here?

Hi,

Using Nero StartSmart, go to "Copy and backup" then "Burn image to
disk". Locate the iso file and burn it to a CD or DVD.
