Help,with IE6 security settings

I have had a lot of trouble with
current settings prohibit activeX controls on this page )
I get this all the time,no matter how I set my security.
Now I'm trying to download a tool from earthlink for
uploading pictures and can't because of this activeX thing.
Please help, I have posted before but no response.

think you can disable active x in internet options, it
might be more then that. you could make that web site a
trusted one in security. try ms tweakui tool, it might
help. or restore to a time when things worked.
 
Did you find an answer to this problem? I am having the
same problem and its very frustrating! If you can share
any insight, it would be appreciated.
