Help with .hlp files

Hi

I can't open any of my .hlp files. A click has no effect.

At the same time, I have also noticed that when using a software with a ?
icon that drags, these too ahve stopped working.

Aany ideas please?

..hlp files should open with Winhlp32.exe.
