Help with Help

I have made 8 Accese 97 db's at work. I also use Access 2000 and home. What
is the best way to make or do help files? Any help would be great!!!
 
I have only one short experiense in this but it was verry convenient to use
a helpbuilder program like (Help Development Studio) which you can by (not
so expensive). But there are several other programs like this out there
which I´m sure are easy to use.
