help with hawking USB wireless adaptor

i need to know if this is possible: i have 2 notebook computers with
internal wireless adatorss. my neighbor allows me to use his wireless
signal. my internal wireless adaptors are not powerful enough to get a good
signal. i am using the hawking HWU54D to access his signal and it works
great. here is my question: can i hook this hawking device up to one of my
notbooks and set it to access point and basically strengthen or repeat his
signal so my other notebook can pick it up with its internal adaptor. thank
you
also how?

Repeaters only generally work with wireless
stuff made by the same manufacturer.

You can Use the USB to connect to the source, configure the second Wireless
card in the receiving computer card and the second computer in Ad-HOC
connection, and use ICS to Route.
