Can someone suggest the proper procedure(s) to allow me
to add screens taken from a software package into a
PowerPoint presentation? I have to train a group of people
1) showing a series of screens and 2) taking them through
the nuances of the system.

I tried to print out the graphics from the software using two
B&W LaserJets with no useful result.

Greatly appreciate any help and/or suggestions.

Thanks
