help with formulas

hello
I am designing a spreadsheet with some formulas to be self counting. I am
stock for some certains formulas to creat what I would like to acheive, it is
difficult to explaind just by writting. It would be easier if I could send an
example of my spreadsheet by an attachment. How can I do that ?
