Help with formula

Hi,

I have a worksheet with information on money held by 20 different people. In
each sheet (1 per client), I input the latest values in the column next to
the last column used. I dont overright the previous value, therefore it
tracks the performance of the money at periodic intervals. The date of these
values is recorded at the top of the column, with the values below.

Therefore the date cells are:H5, I5, J5, K5 (with K5 being the latest
valuation date)

The value cells are: H29, I29, J29, K29 (with K29 being the latest value)

In sheet 1, I want to see at a glace the latest valuation per client. This
needs to look into the date row and pick out the latest date, then generate
the corresponding value for it.

Any ideas?

Please help, I have racked my brain with this one!
