Help with Form

T

Tom Pepper Willett

If they do not support email through a FP form, it is *not* a MS issue, and
you do not have to contact MS. It simply means they will *not* provide you
with the forms to email transport via the FP server extensions.

Whatever *form* they provide you is their responsibility to tell you how it
properly works.

There is nothing that we in the FP newsgroups, or Microsoft, can do to help
you.

It's time to move on, Michael.

I contacted SBCGlobal. They said they support FP2000, but not 2003,
because Microsoft has not released the code that they could put on
their Unix servers.

They also said I had to first remove the spaces and "@" in some of my
file names before they could help. They feel that may be a possible
reason the form doesn't work. I noticed that there are some other
files on my remote web site that are left over from Yahoo's
Sitebuilder program, which I used before FP. So, I plan to delete the
entire remote web site, and republish one after removing the spaces
and "@" in all of my file names.

Hopefully that will make the form work, though I fail to see the
connection. I'll keep you posted if you don't mind.

There are no FP2003 extensions, only the FP2000 and FP2002 extensions and FP2003 can work with
either. However FP2003 supports the same features of FP2002 that require the FP2002 extensions.
