Help with folder security

Hi.
i messed up the folder security in my D: and E: harddisks.
and now some of the folders are not accessible.
I tried ways to reset the security setting but still some folders in folders
are still locked.
is there any fast ways to reset all folders' security to default. accessible
to all users?

hmm...
i;m dealing with the Permission and Security in the folders Options.
I think it's not the correct solution. thanks anyway.
hope someone can teach me how to reset all security attributes. under the
Drive's Sharing n Security properties.
