Excel Help with Excel Formula

HELP...I'm trying to figure out how to make excell tally the number of times that a specific entry is used from a drop down.

Mainly what I'm trying to do is this...

Choose a Month from a drop down list on Sheet B.
A running tally will be kept on Sheet A of how many times each month has been choosen from the drop downs on Sheet B.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
