Help with error message Please?

Good Morning All

While booting up this am I got this error Message.(Running WIN XPSP1)
message follows:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error Program...ch\Desktop
Messenger 8876480\Program Backweb 8876489.exe

All Virus Files up to date, and no particular problems as of yet, but I
thought I would ask you all what to do. Did do a goggle search but found
lots of info about the error as relating to after install of Windows XP from
a previous version, but nothing particular to my problem.

Hi,

Backweb is an application commonly included with many preinstalled machines.
It is not necessary for normal operation of the system. Start/run msconfig,
and disable (uncheck) it on the startup tab.
