Help with Dual Monitor Setup

I have a built in agp card and I am trying to put a secondary PCI card in to work a second monitor. In "System, Hardware" under the PCI display adapter it says that "Can Not Start Display Adapter(code 10). Can't find any info on it. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

What is the Make/Model of the PCI Adapter you are trying to install? Some
older PCI video cards will not work in multimon. Others will only work if
you post to the PCI, you can change this setting in your BIOS. I hope this
helped. Good luck.

Should also point out I've yet to have a Microsoft supplied driver support
any video card as other than primary.

Just went through this using an Xpert98 (pci) as secondary card. Windows
couldn't/wouldn't use it until I updated the "default" MS supplied driver
with the vendors drivers.

Think you'll find the same thing happens with a lot of people trying to use
OpenGl, e.g. get the vendors drivers and don't use the Windows default
drivers.
