Help with Dreamweaver 8 form

I am new to creating forms in Dreamweaver. I need to send form results through E-mail. The person receiving these results wants them to go into an Excel database. Her server does not accept PHP. If I can't send this directly in an Excel friendly format, is there any info out there on sending this info as either a CSV or text format? Thanx
