Help with custom paper size Canon i860

I want to save money. It seems that 4x6 photo paper is expensive compared
to the 8.5x11 sheets. So I want to cut the large paper into 4 equal sizes
of 4.25x5.5. When I go to print I use the custom page layout which works
fine except that the custom parameters cannot be saved as a profile. I have
to set up each sheet separately which is a real pain. Do you know how to do
this with the canon software supplied with the i860? Or is this the only
way to do this?
Thanks for any help...Doug

Why not just print 4up on 8.5 x 11 and then cut? Works great with Easy Photo
Print. If paper costs seem high, be sure to check out Red River
www.redrivercatalog.com Excellent paper at a very good price.

Thanks Ron, I wasn't thinking along those lines but that would work. I
guess I couldn't see the forest because of all those tress out there.
