Help with creating rules

Too many email spam are occupying my Inbox. So I am trying to create rules
(office 07).
I tried to define specific words for "With 'specific words' in the message
header".
I do not quite understand what the message header means.
Does the message header mean the subject line or "Internet header"? Jorge
 
The Internet header, so the information you see in the text box after you
right click a message and choose Options.
You probably want to use the "with specific words in the subject" condition
instead.

I have additional questions regarding rules. Are specific words case
sensitive?
In the past, I did not bother the last two steps "Are there any exceptions"
and "finish rule setup".
Are these two steps important to enforce the rules? Jorge
 
No, they are not case sensitive.

Those last steps are not important to enforce the rules. Any additional
setting you make there are optional.
