Help with Contacts in 2002 version

I had my motherboard fry recently. The hard drive was saved and put
into my new computer. I'm running Windows XP on both old and new
version. I had Outlook 2002 installed on both the old computer and the
new.
I can't find the old contacts database on the old hard drive so I can
import them into the software program (Outlook 2002) that is on the new
hard drive.

How do I get the data from the old hard drive to the new one?
