Help with chart

HI

Im trying to create a chart on a report so that when the user opens the
report, the user is prompted to eneter start date and end date and the
chart to display the no.of records saved on each day between the two
dates.
I know I have to create a parameter query that is to be the source of
the chart but I cannot manage to create a quoery that displys the
counts by daily basis. The count only displays the total between the 2
dates

Any elp will be much appreciated
