Help with Browser - Problems

I'm having problems with my browser. I can open it but
when I try to close it, it locks/freezes up. I have to
close it using the ALT+CTRL+DEL. Is there any way I can
reinstall the browser so it works properly? Please
advise.

I am having the same sort of problem. I can open more
than one window, however when I try to close one it closes
all the windows I have to open them and start browsing all
over again.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
