help with adware

i need help i have been using spysweeper until now no problems.it keeps
finding a popuper,saying my browser might be hijacked. After i quarintine or
remove it then access the net i get internet explorer script errors saying
object doesnt support this property or method.i have disabled script errors
already.somebody out there must know how to help then please do

Have you installed Microsoft's AntiSpyware?

Try using HijackThis - available from http://www.spywareinfo.com/.

You post the log file it creates to the forum on that site or others to find
out what to do.
