Help with Administrator Privliges

I work in a volunteer organization & the person who set up
a stand alone computer established an Administrator logon
and psaaword. This person is long gone from the
organization and most of the priviliges are restricted. I
would like to find out how I can find this Administrator
logon and password so I can change it or establish a new
administrator.

You can not determine the old administrator password. If your account is a
member of the administrators group then you can reset the password of the
administrators account.
