Help with Address book

Can anyone help me with step by step instructions to use my CONTACTS as my address book.
New at this and would appreciate clarity.

I'm assuming that you need to setup Contacts.

There are many free tutorials on the web.Here's one example:

Do a Google search for more. Use "outlook 2003 contacts tutorial" to search.

Note that if you have an existing address book populated in another e-mail
client app, you may be able to load it into Outlook directly or by exporting its
contents into a file format that Outlook can import. You'll have to provide more
info in this scenario.
