I tried to pay my bill, which I have done many times. But now when I go to
click the pay now arrow, it wont work. I see that the reference to the Links
are not available. I have tried to turn on the links but it still doesnt
work. Is this a problem with Internet explorer?
Like I said I have used this site everymonth to pay my bill and it has
always worked.
Can any one give me advice on this, Please.

Thanks so much.

Charlene: Remember, we cannot see your screen.
You have to be much more detailed in your problem description.
Where is the "link"?
Is it on your desktop? Is it on your "Favorites" list?
Is it on a bank web page? A utilities web page?

How did you "see that the reference to the Links are not available"?
How did you "tried to turn on the links"?

Most likely it is a problem with Internet Explorer since that is the software that connects you to
web sites.

Have you tried a "System Restore" to get the computer system back to a date when the link was
working?

Try using a different browser , I use Opera , but suddenly on one site
it wouldn`t work , so I now use Firefox . I alternate between the two
.. (I very rarely use IE ) .

Since you are working with a financial site, I recommend you contact
their support staff by phone regarding trouble shooting this issue.
