Help...with a desktop theme

My computer was taken over by a desktop theme that I want to get rid
of...went to properties but I can't highlight any theme...I already re-booted
& its still there..please help!

Have you tried system restore? If it is messed up too, you probably have
Malware installed on the system. Try Windows Defender.
